3D printing

I have been 3D printing for about 5 years. I had an Ender 3, learned a lot but it took a bunch of fiddling. I have a Bambu Labs X1C and it works.

3D printing is a physical thing and lots of stuff effects it. A gentle breeze will change how a print comes out. A filament may have a short section that is .05mm large. In the 1Kg of filament there might be one tiny pocket of air. It’s a mechanical thing and almost anything can cause a tiny change.

All of these things, and more, can cause one print to be different from another. Many “problems” are caused by these little things and will vary from print to print. If a print falis it is often possible to have the print be fine if you try again.
